We provide short-term and long-term one-on-one training. Our programming is tailored to meet individual goals.
Whether your goal is to start a healthy habit, increase athletic skills, learn or improve lifting techniques, or boost confidence, one-on-one training is for you.
Group
Group
We work with small or large groups of athletes. Our programming incorporates CrossFit techniques as well as other fitness methods tailored to the specific group.
My Strong Squad is rooted in community. We strive to help small and large groups of athletes to see themselves as part of a larger whole. They work as a team to help support and motivate each other.
Organizations

We work with organizations to provide on-site and in-house strength, conditioning, mobility, and skills training.

GET STRONG
Our training employs different elements of CrossFit - “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movement” - scaled to the athlete’s specific abilities and goals.
Research suggests that strong muscular fitness has long-lasting impacts on both physiological and psychological health. (Sports Med. 44(9): 1209-23, 2014). CrossFit focuses on both muscular and cardiovascular fitness, and is inherently inclusive and available for any skill level. It is not about body image or losing weight, it’s about being and feeling strong, reducing potential for injuries, and enabling you to set and achieve goals.
FEEL CONFIDENT
Building confidence is at the core of our programming. We strive to empower women and girls to believe they can do anything they set out to do.
Our athletes increase confidence by working with experienced and successful female coaches and mentors.
GAIN SKILLS
We help female athletes improve performance through athlete-specific skills and mindset training.
We work with a variety of athletes on and off the playing field.
